Pulling over at a 'scenic view' only minutes from our house

Lance, Lance, He’s The Man- If He Can’t Do It, We Have To Pay Someone Who Can

I’m often posting photos on Facebook of Lance working on this or that.

It occurred to me, I could take a photo almost every day of him working on some project. Lance and I have been together for about 4 years. In that time he’s done more than any man I’ve ever known. He gets a little uncomfortable when I brag on him so often. I’m afraid if I don’t document it, I’ll forget it. So when we’re rocking on the porch in our golden years, I can pull up old photos or blogs and remind him of his many projects. Oh, he’ll be working till the day they ship his body off to science (no grave for this interesting specimen). I just hope he’ll find pleasure tinkering with clocks or piddling in the garden and stays off the roof or ladders in general.

Without embarrassing him or bragging too much, I’ve attached a few photos from the various projects he’s tackled single-handedly (with me as his biggest fan on the sidelines, snapping photos). There is SO MUCH more than I’ve shown in these pictures, but you’ll get the idea…

Painting

I wonder how many rooms Lance has painted in his life time. He guesses over 100. Then there are home exteriors. Now you know why his work jeans have more paint showing than denim.
